Making time for yourself can sometimes feel like the ultimate luxury and impossible to prioritize, and it really is a basic human necessity. You don’t have to splurge on fancy spas and personal chefs (while that is super nice) in order to make self-care feel luxurious, without breaking the bank. All you need is some space to feel safe in, some time to move your body and connect with your breath, and some simple staples in your pantry.
My experience has been that implementing simple and nourishing foods, rituals and practices can not only be of great importance for optimal functioning everyday, but can vastly improve your overall immunity, boost energy and increase longevity. I was the kid who was getting sore throats, runny-noses, injured, chronically fatigued, and also had a lot of digestive disorders, including IBS and Gerd - even through my 20’s and early 30’s. Since I started practicing Yoga and Ayurveda regularly in 2011, I rarely get sick and my ability to recover or bounce back when I do, is radically quick. I am so grateful to be sharing these tools that I’ve learned and have helped me to reclaim my sense of well-being and empowerment. Cheers to making self-care luxuriously affordable and a daily practice!
According to Ayurveda, the junction of seasons is the most important time to ramp up self care to help mitigate the changes in the environment. As the season shifts from summer to fall, you start to notice the subtle shifts of the winds increasing and the inconsistent weather of hot and cool days, consider how we are a reflection of what's going on in nature.
What will be self-care now, and what will create balance at this moment in nature?
The subtle shifts invite us to release accumulated heat from the body, begin to slow down after long days with more activities and nourish our nervous systems so that we may digest the heavier foods required to support our system in the fall and winter and ease into the cooler or colder air.

While the Group reset starts on October 23rd, you can purchase the package 1: “Joyful Reset” throughout the months of October, November and December and participate from home for your own 5-days.

Package 1: Joyful Reset, includes all the foundational tools you need to reset in the comfort of your own home. Package 2: Radiant Joy, is for the person who would like more guidance, accountability and connection throughout the 5-days of the reset, and it includes everything from package 1 plus a one on one consult with me, daily accountability check-ins and community connection.
